Return & Exchange Policy

Each customer/prospective customer can only request one return per product.

We are responsible for verifying that the product meets the above conditions. We allow returns within 30 days of receipt. Therefore, the customer should return the item. We will review and inspect the returned item. If it meets the conditions, the return policy will be approved and processed, and the customer will be notified by email. If it does not meet the conditions, the customer/prospective customer will also be notified by email. If the customer is required to return the item but is unable to do so, the return policy will not apply.

In any case, for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, optional plastic protective sleeves, and any other possible accessories.

Only damaged or defective/incorrect items will be replaced with brand new custom-made items. This provision only applies if the total number of items requiring replacement exceeds the minimum order quantity for custom-made items.

II. Customers are eligible for a refund. The refund amount only includes the price paid by the customer for the damaged or defective/incorrect item. Customers can choose this option, but the refund amount must be equal to or greater than $500 or 20% of the total order amount (whichever is lower).
